The lovebirds are developing a reality show called “Love’s Divine,” a rep for Heidi told People.

Heidi and husband Seal welcomed a baby girl on Friday, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

Daughter Lou Sulola Samuel was born around shortly before 8 PM on Friday, Seal announced in a statement to Access on Monday night.

They always seem to have their hands full, and yesterday (June 12) Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted out and about in Los Angeles. The “Project Runway” hottie and her handsome husband enjoyed some retail therapy at Barney’s New York in Beverly Hills, picking up a few items before they made their exit. Also on the agenda was a business meeting at an office building in LA.  Heidi looked pretty and preggers as she chatted on her mobile phone while Seal talked with their chauffeur. In related news, Klum and Seal were once again the targets of some nasty sentiments from designer Karl Lagerfeld earlier this week.  Lagerfeld is known for calling Heidi ‘too heavy’ to be on the runway. Karl snapped, “I don’t know her. Claudia Schiffer doesn’t know her.  She was never in Paris, we don’t know her.” As for Seal, “I am no dermatologist but I wouldn’t want his skin.  Mine looks better than his. He is covered in craters.”

Always busy with work duties, Heidi Klum was spotted out and about in Los Angeles, California on Friday afternoon (June 4). The "Project Runway" beauty sashayed along down the street as she popped into Full Picture for a meeting before heading back to her car and continuing along with the day. The sighting comes just as it was announced that Miss Klum and her musician hubby Seal have a reality show with Lifetime in the works called "Love’s Divine". A rep for the German beauty tells People magazine, "Heidi and Seal have been inspiring people with their idea of renewing their vows each year. After getting positive feedback from family and friends, they decided they wanted to help others share the same kinds of special moments. For example, they want to help people who didn’t have their dream wedding the first time around to get a second chance."

Adding to the already-massive celebrity presence in Aspen, Colorado, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted enjoying the winter wonderland yesterday (December 22). The “Project Runway” babe and her “Kiss From a Rose” crooner looked like the picture perfect couple as they strolled around town with their newborn daughter Lou. Heidi and Seal took care of some last-minute holiday shopping thanks to the mountainside town’s many swanky boutiques and even ran into some fellow celebrities along the way. They also took their son Johan for a ski lesson and watched carefully as he tried his best to move about in the snow.

Having three children (and a fourth on the way) has made Heidi Klum and Seal very educationally-minded these days. And yesterday afternoon (September 8) they were spotted at Bill Gates’ “Get Schooled” Los Angeles Conference and Premiere at Paramount Studios. Ms. Klum looked preggers pretty in a black silk dress with black trousers and grey suede heels while Seal hid behind a pair of black sunglasses as they passed the paparazzi. As for their ever-growing family, Heidi told press she’s planning on making this baby her last.  “We’re outnumbered. Four is perfect. Three is a lot. But four? It’s a lot of work. We’re hands-on, and we feel like this is what we can handle.” She also revealed that they’re having some trouble coming up with a name.  “Because we know it’s going to be our last baby, it’s way harder. We’ve never had this back and forth before. Before it was like, ‘This is the name and that’s that.’ We’re going to wait until we see the baby and hopefully the light bulb will come on and then it’ll be like, ding-ding-ding!”

Joined by their daughters Lou Sulola and Leni, the famous couple took in the city’s sights, including a leisurely stroll along the water. Yesterday, the “Project Runway” babe and her “Kiss From a Rose” hubby treated their children to some active quality time in the Big Apple. Celebrating the Father’s Day holiday, Heidi and Seal rounded up their brood and headed for Central Park where they enjoyed the fresh air and sunshine.
