Kate Major Shows Off Injured Arm in NYC
Showing off her injuries from the hands of Michael Lohan, Kate Major was spotted out and about in New York City on Wednesday afternoon (July 28). The former girlfriend of both Lohan and Jon Gosselin wore a sling to cradle her injured arm, which reportedly was banged up during a physical altercation with the father of incarcerated actress Lindsay Lohan. Having called off plans for a wedding, Kate most recently has been concerned that her ex-fiance is trying to sell nude photos he snapped of her while she was sleeping. In attempt to keep those photos private, Kate hit Michael with a cease and desist letter which reads, “We have recently become award that you are illegally selling or offering for sale one or more nude photographs of Ms Major to kikster LLC and other websites.”

Coming as no surprise, matters between Michael Lohan and Kate Major are escalating and quickly at that. Last week, Major claimed that Lohan became physically abusive to her just before he left for Los Angeles, CA to watch daughter, Lindsay, be whisked away to jail. This week, Kate is concerned that her ex-fiance is trying to sell nude photos he snapped of her while she was sleeping. Kate Major and Jon Gosselin must be getting close – seeing that the tabloid writer has now resigned. “Star Senior Reporter Kate Major resigned this morning, Thursday, July 23, citing a conflict of interest between her reporting duties for the magazine and her relationship with Jon Gosselin,” read a statement on Star’s website. Major attended a dinner party with Gosselin Saturday in NYC and joined him for another one on Wednesday at the Hamptons with Michael Lohan and Real Housewife Jill Zarin. “I think it’s authentic,” Zarin told Us magazine of Gosselin’s relationship with Major. “I think it’s fast. I think it happened very quickly.” The 32-year-old Gosselin has not made any comments about the relationship between him and Major, although reports have said that Major has called herself his girlfriend. And drama could be stirring since just recently Gosselin admitted to dating Hailey Glassman, the 22-year-old daughter of the surgeon who performed ex-wife Kate’s tummy tuck.

Showing up to face each other in court, Michael Lohan and Kate Major were both spotted earlier today (August 18) at the Southampton Town Justice Courthouse in New York. A few weeks ago, Mr Lohan was facing second degree harassment charges after he reportedly threatened to kill Ms Major, then kicking her and shoving her into a chair. Coming as a bit of a shock, however, while in court today, Kate asked the judge to drop the charges against Michael as well as to lift the order of protection. Unless Lohan gets into trouble within the next six months, he should be in the clear. “I’m happy with the outcome,” Major tells Gossip Cop. She explains, “I wanted to move on with my life in positive direction.”

She’s always up to something, and last night (July 23) Lindsay Lohan opted for some light-hearted fun at Millions of Milkshakes in Los Angeles. The “Mean Girls” actress hit up the celebrity-popular sweet-tooth’s paradise to create her own milkshake, named after herself.  The “Lindsay Lohan Shake” consists of vanilla and chocolate ice cream swirls with Oreo cookies. In related news, LiLo’s dad has once again found himself in a publicity-attracting situation - he has been hanging out with Jon Gosselin and the “new “ Kate (Kate Major) as they embark on their new tryst. Papa Lohan told press, “Jon is a friend, he’s a great guy, he needed a place to get away to, and my doors were open to him and Kate Major.  Jon and Kate [Major] are good friends of mine. She’s with him [at Lohan’s house]. Kate’s like a daughter to me. When she needed a place my doors were open.”

In related news, Jon Gosselin’s other Kate- Kate Major- told press that while Jon tried to play it off in the media like they were just friends, he told her a very different story. “We had plans to travel together, to live together, and to be together. He made his decision in the Hamptons. He wanted to be with me.” As for why she quit her job with Star magazine, Major explained, “I was with the person I was reporting on.  He’s the one who actually told me to quit my job… He told me he was going to Massachusetts to break up with [Glassman]. I know the truth. He knows the truth. Unfortunately, she did not.”

Jon Gosselin and tabloid damsel Kate Major were visiting the Hamptons Wednesday for dinner with quite the crowd. Host Michael Lohan and two other couples joined them, including Real Housewives of New York City’s Jill Zarin and husband Bobby Zarin and Mayor Mark Epley and wife Marianne. The party arrived at Southampton’s Red Bar around 8 p.m. at a large round table in the back of the restaurant, chatting it up for 2 ½ hours. The dinner party all enjoyed each other’s company and grace with Lohan telling, “Absolutely, they’re getting along very well.” “I love the Hamptons,” told Major. Gosselin and Major were spotted looked rather comfy with one another close to each other’s side and Major caressing his arm when they went out for a smoke. Jill Zarin claimed, “He didn’t seem smitten. They weren’t all over each other. But they’re definitely dating. It came up in conversation. She had her hands on him. But she’s young. This is a girl who is going to want to have babies. Does she really want to go out with another young girl and have kids?” When asked about the relationship between Gosselin and Major, Major claiming she is indeed dating the father of eight, Lohan said, “They’re friends and they had to get away. Kate actually went to Pennsylvania to do an interview with Jon. I guess they became friends. And then he had a get out, and she had to get out. So they ran together.” And although it seemed to be a social event, Jon wasn’t afraid to say, “I miss my kids.” Lohan, being a father to Lindsay and Ali Lohan, said that the father misses his kids very much. “He talks about them. He’s on the phone with them all the time. But unfortunately, as I well know, being a father in a divorce it’s really hard on the kids. And you just want to be with them all the time. But sometimes our exes don’t make it that easy. He seems like a great dad,” tells Zarin.
